Christmas Time

Pretty Princess Man and Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee
Christmas Time
In the land of Gorgeous, there existed one man and his sidekick in order to ward off the forces of evil and ugly. That man was Pretty Princess Man, and his sidekick was Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee Together this unstoppable force fights with power and precision and has no mercy for the forces that stand in their way.
* * *
“Wake up! Wake up!” Pretty Princess Man said loudly, to wake Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee up. “It’s December and we have to write our letters to Santa. I don’t even know what to say. I want it to be just marvelous.”
Bonnie yawned and stretched her arms. “Settle down Pretty Princess Man,” she started. “I, unlike you, am prepared. I already have my letter to Santa written. Here take a look.” Bonnie then handed Pretty Princess Man a slip of paper.
It read:
Dear Santa,
This year has been just beautiful. Gorgeous is so wonderful. The sun shines brightly every day, the singing corn makes everyone smile, the School of Dreams makes even the wildest dreams come true, and now to top off a near perfect year comes Christmas. Santa, you are amazing and I thank you for everything.
Now Santa this year I do not ask for much. I ask for one mere thing. I ask that you would bring me a righteous and radiant red rose. I want this rose to bring joy to anyone who lays there eyes upon it. I just love the spreading of joy, and it would mean the world to me, I was able to do just that.

Thanks, Your Dearest Friend,

Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee
“Wow,” Pretty Princess Man said. “That’s an amazing letter. I need to start on mine. I’ll call you over to my house when I have finished it.”
With that, Pretty Princess Man ran across the lane and into his house. Pretty Princess Man sat at his desk wondering and wondering just what he truly wanted for Christmas. Then all of a sudden it hit him and he began to write.
Once he had finished he ran across the lane and into the house of Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee. “Bonnie! Bonnie!” he exclaimed I finished it.
The two of them then ran across the lane for Bonnie’s first time that day, and Pretty Princess Man’s fourth. They entered Pretty Princess Man’s house and came to his desk. There Pretty Princess Man handed Bonnie his letter to Santa which read:
Dear Santa,
I have been really nice this year and hope that mean I have made it onto your nice list. I love this land and everyone in it. I hope that only goodness comes for the future because things have just been splendid and I hope they stay that way.
Well, I hate how selfish it sounds to ask you for gifts, but it is your job Santa. So here it goes. Santa, this year for Christmas, I want a chance to meet you. I know you live at the top of Gorgeous, but just to be able to have a conversation with you would be awesome.

Love, one of your adoring fans,

Pretty Princess Man
“Wow,” Bonnie said. “That would be awesome. Who wouldn’t want to meet Santa? Well now I guess we’d better mail our letters.”
“Of course,” Pretty Princess Man replied. “Let’s go see Mr. Letter Maileth. He is the best postman in the land.”
Pretty Princess Man and Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee set out for a stroll in the Town of Miracles. They passed the statue of the King of Princesses and came to the post office, labeled post office. When they walked in they were greeted with only smiles and Letter Maileth addressed them, “Well hello there! If it isn’t Bonnie and Pretty Princess Man? How are you guys doing of this just wonderful December morning?”
“Just great!” Bonnie said.
“Stellar,” replied Pretty Princess Man.
“Terrific,” answered Letter Maileth. “I take it you guys are here to mail your letters to Santa.”
“You bet,” replied Bonnie.
“Great, I’ll take them then,” Letter Maileth said.
“Hey,” started Pretty Princess Man, “do you get to see Santa when you deliver his mail?”
“I wish,” Letter Maileth said. “But once I get within 50 miles of the top of Gorgeous, an elf meets me and takes the mail the rest of the way. I’m afraid not a soul in Gorgeous has ever seen Santa.”
۩ ۩ ۩
The time flew by and December 24 came. The day was a sight to behold. The ground was gently blanketed with a sheet of snow. There were snowmen a plenty. Children passed the time with friendly games of snowball fights. The sun shown down but did not melt the snow. Carolers caroled to and fro bringing smiles all about. Yes, the day truly was worthy of the title, “Christmas Eve.”
Now Pretty Princess Man was very troubled by the words of Letter Maileth. For if not a soul had ever seen Santa in Gorgeous, than why would Santa stop to talk with Pretty Princess Man?
Pretty Princess Man went over to Bonnie’s house and, as always, crossed the lane. “Welcome,” Bonnie called as Pretty Princess Man opened the door.
“How are you?” asked Pretty Princess Man.
“Perfect,” replied Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee. “This day is just perfect. I can’t wait for the rose that Santa is to bring me! It will be so wonderful.”
“Yes it will,” agreed Pretty Princess Man. “But my wish, I just don’t know if Santa will want to talk to me. I mean he hasn’t ever been seen by a soul in Gorgeous. Why now?”
“Pretty Princess Man, I am sure he will. You are amazing. You rock at dancing ballet, you wear the most fabulous dresses, and you are turning girls down left and right. Santa has to meet you.”
“Thanks Bonnie,” Pretty Princess Man said feeling more reassured now.
To pass the time, Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee and Pretty Princess Man played one of their favorite Christmas games, Christmas charades.
Pretty Princess Man went first. He stood erect, and very still. Then he grabbed a hat, started to move, and acted all jolly.
“Frosty the Snowman,” Bonnie giggled.
“Yep,” Pretty Princess Man replied. “Your turn.”
Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee thought hard, and then started her turn. She then got on her hands and knees and began galloping about. She acted all sad, like people were laughing and calling her names, and not letting her join in any games. But then she got all happy and started leading the way. She clicked on a flashlight, so that the right way could be seen.
“Rudolph!” Pretty Princess Man laughed.
“Correct,” Bonnie smiled.
The time was now very late, and Santa would be coming any minute. Pretty Princess Man could hardly keep it together; his anticipation was killing him. Just then all of the lights went out and snow appeared in the room and swirled around.
“Ho, Ho, Ho!” was the sound that resonated from the swirling snow. The snow let out a bright flash and I its place stood a jolly fat man with a red suit on.
“SANTA!!!!” exclaimed Pretty Princess Man. “You got my letter! You came! This is amazing!”
“Ah, Pretty Princess Man, I have been watching you. You are a very special man, and I wanted to honor you your wish, for things in the land of Gorgeous are about to change. I can sense that much.”
“What do you mean?” asked Pretty Princess Man.
“Ah, do not worry about it now,” Santa said. “For now, enjoy your time. Oh, and I have two more special gifts for you. You are to come with me to the top of Gorgeous and there I will give you your final gift.”
“Awesome!” Pretty Princess Man said.
Pretty Princess Man and Santa then turned into a whirl of snow and shot up the chimney. They formed into themselves on Santa’s sleigh, headed by Rudolph. The Santa said, “Here comes the fun part. Hold on tight!”
The sleigh jerked off the roof of Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee’s house and began to speed through the air. The night sky flew by at speeds unknown and stars were a blur. A mere five minutes later, Pretty Princess Man found himself at the top of Gorgeous.
“Whoa! That was fast,” Pretty Princess Man remarked.
“Well I have to be if I am to get around the worlds in one night,” Santa mumbled inaudibly.
“So what is this gift I am to have?” asked Pretty Princess Man.
“Something special that your father wanted you to have. I am merely the deliverer of this gift. Here it is Pretty Princess Man.”
Once Santa spoke, a scepter of immense power found itself in the hand of Pretty Princess Man. Then Pretty Princess Man heard a voice in his head, “Son, use this weapon wisely. For once you have used its power; the scepter will be made useless. When the time comes for you to use it, call upon me and I will shine through it, but when that time arrives, evil will have befallen the land of Gorgeous. Once you have used the scepter's power you must know that the task of saving the land is upon your shoulders, and you must figure out the way by yourself, but know that I am with you always.”
“Whoa!” Pretty Princess Man blurted out and then blacked out.
۩ ۩ ۩
When Pretty Princess Man awoke, he was in the house of Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee. “Merry Christmas,” Bonnie said. “You have been sleeping for quite awhile. It’s too bad that you didn’t get to see Santa. I’m truly sorry, but he did bring me the rose I asked for. Maybe next year Pretty Princess Man.”
* * *
That concludes the story of Pretty Princess Man and Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee for this week. Tune in next week to find out what our heroes will do to save and protect the land of Gorgeous.

Episode 9: The Power of Evil

Pretty Princess Man and Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee
Episode 9: The Power of Evil
In the land of Gorgeous, there existed one man and his sidekick in order to ward off the forces of evil and ugly. That man was Pretty Princess Man, and his sidekick was Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee Together this unstoppable force fights with power and precision and has no mercy for the forces that stand in their way.
* * *
Sorrow. Suffering. Doubt. Fear. These are the strengths of evil. Each one causes turmoil within one’s soul and will continually eat away, driving one to the point of breaking.
These feelings that bring no joy, that bring no hope, that bring coldness to the heart, make evil snicker. Evil takes pride in the hurting of others, for it knows that it is successful. But evil does not stop at success, it longs for the one have his heart hardened and for the one to bring evil to others.
Sorrow. Suffering. Doubt. Fear. Once these feelings have been felt, evil hope that vengeance will be the next step to be taken. Vengeance will bring the powers of darkness to another and will destroy the being that carries out the revenge.
But alas! There is hope. Ih hope is good, then why does evil hope? Evil hopes for what is evil, but true hope longs for the good to come. Hope allows one to look forward with happiness and meet the challenges as they come,
The hope to overcome this evil is within the light. As darkness envelopes one, only then will light shine brighter. If darkness is thrown, throw light back. If evil is consuminhg, let goodness consume instead. If evil has consumed, fight back with goodness and open the heart.
Sorrow. Suffering. Doubt. Fear. These are the powers of evil, not evil, but where evil finds its strength. Feelings these does not mean one is evil, it opens a door for evil to enter. Once these feelings are felt, do not leave the door open, close it and protect the heart!
Ψ Ψ Ψ
These were the exact feelings that Pretty Princess Man found himself with as Bonnie lay dead in his arms. Pretty Princess Man had seen the life leave Bonnie’s eyes and it haunted him.
Feelings inside Pretty Princess Man raged uncontrollably. Pretty Princess Man was so overwhelmed by the death of Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee that he began to weep without ceasing.
Eros began to chuckle. “You care too much and put your heart into too many. Once one of those containing your heart has passed on, a piece of you dies, Pretty Princess Man. They only lesson you and provide no benefits whatsoever.”
“That’s where you are wrong,” Pretty Princess Man said with tears in his eyes. “My friends only strengthen me. Through our bonds with each other, we are made stronger.”
“Would you look at yourself now?” Agape asked. “You say that, but do you believe it?”
Pretty Princess Man thought about the situation he was in and all of the events that had occurred. Pretty Princess Man pondered what Eros had said and the questions that Agape had asked. “Yes,” replied Pretty Princess Man. “I believe it. Friends, though they may hurt you and seem unbearable at times, are worth every single ounce of pain. They make me fight harder through my love of them, they give me something to look forward to, and they honestly care for me.”
“So be it,” Agape said. “You six shall perish now. These next minutes will be your last.”
“Retreat!” ordered Pretty Princess Man.
“You will not escape,” Storge said appearing at the exit of the throne room.
Glittering Grizzly charged at Storge and threw him aside, clearing an exit for Pretty Princess Man and his followers. The five began to run into the Hall of Handsome, but on the way Little Pumpkin fell.
“No!” screamed Pretty Princess Man as Storge began to advance toward Little Pumpkin. Pretty Princess Man laid Bonnie upon the ground and rushed toward Storge, pulling out Purity.
“Do not lay one fingher on her!” Pretty Princess Man demanded.
“And if I do?” asked Storge with his deep loud voice.
“I will tear your pathetic form limb from limb and show the world that darkness has no place here and never has or will!” Pretty Princess Man informed Storge.
“We shall see,” Storge tested as he swung his ax toward Little Pumpkin.
Pretty Princess Man lunged and parried the Hell Halberd with Purity. The heat was so intense that Pretty Princess Man felt as if he was in a lake of fire. “Run Little Pumpkin,” Pretty Princess Man said with much concern in his voice. “I cannot afford to lose you Little Pumpkin. Not now, not ever. I will hold them off and catch up to you later. Do not worry.”
“Okay. Meet us at the Town of Sparkles” Little Pumpkin agreed, but she could not stop herself from worrying as Pretty Princess Man’s life was at stake. Thoughts of him dying and leaving her were almost unbearable and these thoughts consumed her as she ran with the others into the Hall of Handsome and out of the Castle of Termination.”
Storge spun the Hell Halberd in his hands and brought it down upon where Pretty Princess Man stood. Pretty Princess Man raised Purity and it absorbed the blow along with the heat.
“PRINCESS POWER COME TO ME!!!” Pretty Princess Man dislodged Purity form the Hell Halberd and struck at Storge. Storge barely dodged Purity and rolled to his left.
“You are strong Pretty Princess Man,” Storge said. “But unfortunately not strong enough.”
Storge raised the Hell Halberd, a weapon that contained uncontrollable power, and lunged at Pretty Princess Man. Pretty Princess Man jumped into the air and brought Purity down into the back of Storge.
“Ah-” stammered Storge. “Your power is mighty, Pretty Princess Man. Now if I am to defeat the legendary love I must show you my true self. I will give you that luxury before you die.”
Storge pulled Purity out of his back and threw it across the room. Storge began to recite the ancient verse:
“Powers of Darkness, I invite thee,
Come in this Satanic hour,
Take and consume me,
Give me the absolute Power.”
Storge than began to shake violently and his body lost all light. He was completely and utterly dark and he let out a demonic growl. His hair turned completely white and stood on end. His skin was as black as night and repelled light. His eyes were red, fueled by the fires of Hell. His entire being longed for sin and his power increased as sin was committed.
Storge let out another scream that made every hair on Pretty Princess Man’s body stand up. The scream was so demonic, so dark, so evil, that as the sound traveled, light turned and fled. The scream struck fear into everything it touched, living and nonliving.
“You have no hope, no faith, no love,” growledStorge. “I dispel all feelings of light. Every feeling that is pure and true has no place in my presence.”
True fear hit Pretty Princess Man. He feared for his life, but he could not forget what he stood for: faith, hope, and love. These feelings left Pretty Princess Man, as Storge said, but Pretty Princess Man realized the truth. Faith, hope, and love are not feelings, they are choices. People choose to have faith, people choose to hope, and people choose to love. “Love,” thought Pretty Princess Man, “is the most important of all. What the darkness wants us all to believe is that it is a feeling. But what happens when that feeling leaves? Darkness wants us to leave, to give up on that person, and find the next person to feel for. No! This is not right, love is a choice! Love always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres. Love never fails.”
With these thoughts, Pretty Princess Man knew he could fight Storge, and he knew he could win. “Storge,” Pretty Princess Man bellowed with newfound confidence. “I shall defeat you, for darkness has no true power over light, and you knw that.”
“You fool!” Storge shrieked. “You have no idea of the truth. You will die in your ignorance.”
Storge grabbed the Hell Halberd, which now looked more ferocious in his grasp. Storge charged with unbelievable speed and swung the halberd down upon Pretty Princess Man. Pretty Princess Man rolled to the side and just barely escaped the heat of Hell.
Pretty Princess Man ran to his sword Purity and picked it up. It was still golden despite Storge’s presence. “Faith! Hope! Love!” screamed Pretty Princess Man and ran towards Storge.
Storge snapped his fingers and a wall of flame spawned between him and Pretty Princess Man. Pretty Princess Man slid on the floor to stop himself from being engulfed by the flames.
“They cannot exist in my presence,” Storge reiterated.
Pretty Princess Man swung Purity through the flames, and Purity absorbed the flame and began to glow again. Pretty Princess Man ran straight to Storge and plunged Purity through Storge’s heart.
Or he thought he did. Purity just bounced off the flesh, if it was flesh, of Storge. “What?” stammered Pretty Princess Man.
Storge swung the Hell Halberd down upon Pretty Princess Man. Pretty Princess Man felt intense pain as he brought Purity up to parry. The heat from the ax scorched the face of Pretty Princess Man and gave him burns that caused bursts of pain every few seconds.
“Agh,” grunted Pretty Princess Man.
Pretty Princess Man took Purity and swung it. A blast of light shot from it as usual, but as it approached Storge, it faded away into nothing. Pretty Princess Man was frustrated now because no matter what he did, he could not harm Storge.
Pretty Princess Man continued to swing Purity at Storge, but Storge did not bother to defend himself, for the strikes of the sword did not harm him, and the light faded as it approached him. Storge came up to Pretty Princess Man, and grasped his head with his right hand. He swung the Hell Halberd with his left and was about to behead Pretty Princess Man, but Pretty Princess Man reached out his hand and grasped the ax.
Despite the burning pain and intense heat Pretty Princess Man was facing he kept hold of the Hell Halberd. “Light,” he uttered, “shall always prevail. Love never fails!” Pretty Princess Man took hold of Purity with his other hand and pushed the blade through the scalp of Storge.
Storge stumbled back and his body began to dissolve into the air. His dark body began to show signs of light, and his hair returned to its normal black color, but he was fading.
“Thank you,” lipped Storge and then he was gone.
Pretty Princess Man knew that he was badly injured and ran out of the throne room into the Hall of Handsome. He ran out of the Castle of Termination and into the nearest town, the Town of Sparkles. There he met up with Little Pumpkin and the others.
“Thank goodness, you’re alive.” Little Pumpkin remarked.
“Of course,” Pretty Princess Man replied. “I could never leave you alone.”
Little Pumpkin, feeling so relieved, went up and put her arms around Pretty Princess Man. Pretty Princess Man put his arms around her too, and then they stood there for a moment letting go of all their troubles. They just focused on each other and that was all they needed. Only good thoughts were present and they began to remember how the land of Gorgeous used to feel.
Frolicking Fawn brought the couple back don to Gorgeous, “Where is Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee’s body?”
Sorrow…
Suffering…
Doubt…
Fear…

That concludes the story of Pretty Princess Man and Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee for this week. Tune in next week to find out what our heroes will do to save and protect the land of Gorgeous.

Episode 8: Alone?

Pretty Princess Man and Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee

Episode 8: Alone?

In the land of Gorgeous, there existed one man and his sidekick in order to ward off the forces of evil and ugly. That man was Pretty Princess Man, and his sidekick was Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee Together this unstoppable force fights with power and precision and has no mercy for the forces that stand in their way. In the land of Gorgeous

* * *

“What happened here?” Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee whimpered. She was on the verge of breaking down, for the sorrow was overwhelming.

“A battle,” answered Pretty Princess Man. “Look at the ground; it is stained with the blood of many great heroes. Come Bonnie, we must enter the castle to learn of what has happened here.”

“Why?” Bonnie murmured. “Why are we the lucky ones? While we were away, so many lives were taken. How can this be?”

“Bonnie,” Pretty Princess Man replied softly. “We cannot control the times. We can only control our actions during the time we are given. Let us make the most out of what we have now and learn what it is that has transpired here.”

With that, Pretty Princess Man and Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee made their way toward the entrance of the Castle of Termination. As they walked, life seemed to be drained away. The wind started to howl, and a cold chill went down the spines of both Pretty Princess Man and Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee. Then our heroes entered the castle.

The castle had lost its splendor. The luster was gone, and the air was still and cold. The once lively castle was barely above death.

“Intruders!” shouted a demonic guard whose odor wilted flowers and appearance shattered mirrors.

“We’ve been spotted!” Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee said, stating the obvious.

Pretty Princess Man rose into the air at intense speed, pulled out Purity and decapitated the guard. “This castle is no longer under Gorgeousian control,” Pretty Princess Man stated. “We must take it back! Bonnie, let’s go!”

“Alright,” Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee agreed.

Pretty Princess Man and Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee charged into the Hall of Handsome, which was now more ugly than handsome. Guards were flooding into the hall, for the alarm had been sounded.

“We must fight,” Bonnie said, “but how are we to defeat them all?”

“We are to believe, for we must not fail,” Pretty Princess Man said.

Pretty Princess Man unsheathed Purity, and Bonnie called upon the power of the Bees of the Blue, but all the while the number of foes steadily increased.

“PRINCESS POWER COME TO ME!!!” screamed Pretty Princess Man. Purity began to shimmer with a light that was not of this world. The sword seemed to absorb all of the darkness, yet it was getting brighter. Pretty Princess Man swing Purity, and it let out a blast of intense light, obliterating any darkness in its path. Once the stroke was completed, the front line of demons was no more.

“Whoa!” exclaimed Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee as she flew towards the remaining evil forces. “How did you do that?” Bonnie then stabbed several creatures with her stinger, slowly driving back the darkness.

“I don’t know,” replied Pretty Princess Man as he stabbed a winged creature with horrendous fangs. The beast fell to the ground lifeless. “We are not lost, so it cannot be Beautiful Battling.”

“It is a power greater,” the King informed Pretty Princess Man, but no one else seemed to hear.

“Where are you?” Pretty Princess Man asked in his thoughts.

“Always with you,” the King replied. “Just look and it will be evident. Now finish this battle my son.”

“Yes father,” murmured Pretty Princess Man. Pretty Princess Man lifted up Purity and it shone so bright, that the opposing forces had to shield their eyes from the light. He swung the sword again and, with the speed of galloping horses and the force of a mighty tempest, a radiant light again shot from the sword. This light rushed over the enemy and spread, enveloping them completely. When the light had subsided, not one trace of evil remained the in hall.

“Seriously,” asked Bonnie, “what is this power you possess?”

“I possess no power,” replied Pretty Princess Man. “This power is my father’s and comes straight from him. Without the King, we surely would have perished today.”

“Pretty Princess Man,” Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee replied. “The King is a joke. I know that he is your father, but he does nothing while people perish. This power is yours Pretty Princess Man, not his. Do not give credit where it does not belong. You are the one who is actually fighting, you are the one who possesses this power, and you are the one who is to defeat the darkness.”

“Bonnie that is not true, but come, we must see where the Amorites are and defeat them,” Pretty Princess Man said.

“Alright Pretty Princess Man,” Bonnie said, although she was quite frustrated.

Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee and Pretty Princess Man charged through the enormous doors that led to the throne room. The room was severely changed from the last time Bonnie had seen it. Cobwebs hung in the corners, bloodstained curtains covered the windows, and the only light in the room came from a dimly lit candle.

“Ah, welcome to the Castle of Termination,” Agape said welcoming his guest. “I hope you don’t mind the changes I have made, but it was just too cheery to be a castle that represented darkness.”

“Who are you?” Bonnie asked, quavering from the immense power that resonated with Agape’s voice.

“Ah, I forgot,” Agape answered. “You two don’t know me. Well allow me to properly introduce myself. I am Agape, the leader and founder of the Amor Association. Do not take me lightly, for I am your doom Pretty Princess Man, and underestimating me will only hasten your death.”

“You despicable being!” Pretty Princess Man cried at the top of his lungs as he started to charge followed closely by Bonnie at his side. As they approached the throne however, the floor gave way and Pretty Princess Man went tumbling down into darkness. Bonnie flew after her friend, for she knew, even though she despised the Amorites, that she could not defeat Agape alone.

“Ah Storge,” Agape thought aloud, “I cannot believe that your little cowardly trap door actually worked. Now they will have to escape the dungeon if they are to challenge us.”

Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee flew fast and caught up to Pretty Princess Man. She grabbed Pretty Princess Man and eased his fall to the cold hard ground.

“Thanks,” Pretty Princess Man said. “How could I be so stupid?”

“Pretty Princess Man, you weren’t stupid. Your rage at Agape blinded you,” Bonnie said. “So anyways, where are we now?”

“In the dungeon,” replied the Kindhearted Kitty.

“Whoa! There’s someone else down here,” Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee said a little startled.

“Yes, I have been down here for quite awhile,” Kindhearted Kitty said. “The only food the give us is raw meat, but in order to survive I had to eat. The guards mock and spit in my face. There is never light down here, and my strength is all gone. I am the Kindhearted Kitty and I am one of the five survivors of the Battle of Adoration and one of the five who has to endure this torture.”

“Well Kindhearted Kitty,” Pretty Princess Man began, “Is there any hope of a way out of here?”

“Not that I can show you,” Kindhearted Kitty said.

“Then you don’t know Pretty Princess Man,” Bonnie said. “We will find a way out.”

Pretty Princess Man unsheathed Purity and it radiated its holy light, exposing the room. Rats scattered and spiders crawled into cracks to escape the light. A steel door was keeping Pretty Princess Man, Kindhearted Kitty, and Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee in their cell. Pretty Princess Man swung Purity, the door melted into nothing, and the three ran into a corridor.

Within the corridor existed some of the most ferocious guards that Pretty Princess Man had seen. These guards were transparent though and ghost like. These guards showed no emotion and made no sound, yet they looked as if they could suck the soul right out of one’s body.

“What are those,” trembled Bonnie.

“Fog Monsters,” Kindhearted Kitty replied. “They suck at fighting though. I mean that sword right there should scare them off.”

Pretty Princess Man raised Purity and the Fog Monsters left the corridor escaping through the cracks in the walls, floor, and ceiling. “That was too easy,” Pretty Princess Man remarked.

“We need to free the four others,” Kindhearted Kitty informed.

“Of course,” Pretty Princess Man said. The three then sprinted down the now empty corridor and Pretty Princess Man destroyed all of the doors that imprisoned Frolicking Fawn, Glittering Grizzly, Breathtaking Bunny, and Little Pumpkin. The number of people now following Pretty Princess Man had increased and was a force to be reckoned with.

The seven ran to the end of the corridor and came to a spiral staircase. They then climbed up the stairs at a speed that would rival Runner McGee, the land of Gorgeous’ fastest runner.

Pretty Princess Man took Little Pumpkin’s hand once they reached the top of the staircase which was in the Graceful Garden. The Graceful Garden was now growing Gross Grass, a disgusting source of nutrients, as opposed to Delectable Desserts, which is what it normally grew. For a little while Pretty Princess Man forgot the troubles that lay ahead while grasping the hand of Little Pumpkin.

Entering the Hall of Handsome brought Pretty Princess Man back to reality. The seven feared for what lay ahead in the next room, for it would be a struggle that they may not overcome.

“This is the time,” Pretty Princess Man started. “You five are all that remain of the Battle of Adoration. Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee and I have learned the ancient art of Beautiful Battling. We must defeat the Amorites and dispel darkness from this land. Remember this day, for we charge now!”

With that, the force of seven rushed into the throne room. Pretty Princess Man was in the front with Little Pumpkin on his right, Bonnie on his left, and the rest following close. They were all fearful, but had determination.

Agape then welcomed them, “Welcome back. I see that you have brought hindrances with you. Well that is just more fun for us.”

“They are not a hindrance!” Pretty Princess Man angrily announced. “They are strong and will help us defeat you and this evil.”

“We will see,” chuckled Agape.

The seven then began to rush toward the throne, fully aware this time of the trap door. Pretty Princess Man pulled out Purity and was about to bring it down upon Agape, when a scream was heard.

“Ah-” choked Bonnie with an arrow through her throat. Blood trickled down her neck but was absorbed by the Blood Bow before it could run any further. Bonnie was losing the life in her eyes, and tears began to form in the eyes of Pretty Princess Man. Time seemed to low down at this moment.

“Pretty Princess Man,” uttered Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee, “I can’t go on.” As Bonnie spoke, the blood from her wound continued to flow and feed the strength of Eros. Another arrow was sent flying and pierced Bonnie in her side. “Ugh.”

“Bonnie!” screamed Pretty Princess Man. “Amorites why? What is your purpose? Why do you kill when there is no reason? Why must you cause suffering?”

“Easy,” answered Eros as he stepped out of the shadows. “We are evil Pretty Princess Man. We are defined by darkness. Suffering, sorrow, doubt, and fear is where our strength lies.” Eros then let out a laugh so sinister that even Agape was startled.

Eros strung the Blood Bow and released. The arrow, which was forged from the very idea of hatred, soared through the air and pierced Bonnie’s precious heart.

These were the last words of Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee: “My last wish is that the darkness would be stopped, that light would remain in power. Do not let my death be in vain.” Bonnie then looked up at Pretty Princess Man and their eyes met. Life then left Bonnie, her eyes went cold, and she began to fall to the ground.

Pretty Princess Man rushed over to her and caught her. Bonnie was dead though and she lay lifeless and motionless in the arms of Pretty Princess Man.

That concludes the story of Pretty Princess Man and Bonnie the Blue Bumblebee for this week. Tune in next week to find out what our heroes will do to save and protect the land of Gorgeous.
